The hotel felt optimized for efficiency above guest needs. The pool opening hours are too late. It doesn't open until 11:00. The gym also has restricted hours. It does not open until 8:00. Lunch service was slow and the pool lifeguard was REALLY rude. He disallowed parasols even on a mildly windy day.
